Exercise 2: Export and Import the data
The goal of the lab exercise is to apply the knowledge we have learned regarding the import and export data.
Note: You need to complete Exercise 1
Instructions:

Go to Workspaces > Data management.

Select the Export tile.

In the Group name field, enter
Item groups

In the Description field, enter
Export item groups

In the Data project operation type, select Export.

In the Project category, select Project.
-
Select + Add entity.
-
In the Entity name field, enter
Item groups

In the Target data format, select EXCEL
-
Select Add.
-
Select Close.
-
Select Filter.
-
In the Criteria field, enter or select
TV&Video
-
Select OK.
-
Select Applicable legal entities.
-
Select + New.
-
In the Data area field, enter or select
USMF
-
Select Save.
-
Close the page.
-
Select Export.
-
In the Batch job scheduled, select Close.

Select Refresh button.

Close the execution details page.

Close the project page.

In the All project tab, mark the selected Item groups.

Select Download.
-
Select Save.
-
Close the page.
-
Select Import.

In the Group name field, enter
Imported Item group

In the Description field, enter
Import an item group
-
Select Add file.
-
Select Upload and Add.
-
Navigate to Download folder and select the package. Select Open.

Select Close.
-
Select View map.
-
Review the mapping.

Close all pages.
